Pacific Northwest vacation residence
The developer was inspired by early Frank Loyd Wright designs and had preliminary thumbnail  sketches with no formal blueprints.  Working closely with this client, a perspective was created, then "visually adjusted" to reveal all the architectural elements important to appeal to investors in this Northwest Pacific vacation condominium.  Color guidelines were general with instructions to show "earthtones with excitement."

Another FLW inspired design from thumbnail sketches and general color guidelines shows how we can create an image by working closely with the developer.
